The Three Shepherds of Fatima
On May 13, 1917, the Blessed Mother appeared to three poor children – Lucia Dos Santos and her cousins, Jacinta and Francisco Marto – who pastured their families' sheep in the fields around the small Portuguese town of Fátima. The apparitions of Our Lady at Fátima caused the children to suffer intense scrutiny and personal hardship, which they heroically bore for the good of souls.
This documentary reveals the story of their lives before, during, and after the apparitions at Fátima. Through testimony from leading Fátima experts, viewers will catch a glimpse into the lives of three holy, simple children. Fascinating insights into their spiritual lives, along with family stories, fill out the portraits of the chosen visionaries.
These three children – two of whom have been proclaimed Blesseds in the Church – received an extraordinary grace and were entrusted with an incredible message for the world. This documentary allows us to witness their lives and holy deaths, and better grasp the mission entrusted to The Three Shepherds of Fátima.
